This one is simply hilarious, so we’ve decided to put it on the list. Apparently, after receiving a noise complaint by a neighbor in 1998, the police visited Matthew McConaughey’s home in Austin, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered a completely naked McConaughey dancing around the house, playing bongos and singing extremely loudly, apparently under the influence of drugs.
When they searched his house, they found a small amount of marijuana, although the drug charges were eventually dropped. He did, however, plead guilty to the noise offense, claiming that he understood how loud he was, and had to pay a $50 fine. Not exactly your mass murderer, but hey, the law’s the law, and if you’re a celebrity who broke it, you’re on this list.
