10. Charlie Sheen
If we’re putting Winona’s shoplifting and Hugh’s soliciting prostitutes on this list, Charlie Sheen may as well have a list for himself. Everyone knows about his drug-pornstar rampage, but his run-ins with addiction and some pretty nasty legal problems go way back. In 1990, Sheen shot his then-fiancée Kelly Preston in the arm, unsurprisingly prompting her to cancel their wedding.
A couple of years and a couple of thousands of bottles later, his partying failed to decline in intensity. In 1998, Sheen overdosed on cocaine and was immediately sent to rehab, which didn’t affect his partying habits. In 2009, he faced charges of assaulting his wife Brooke Mueller and in 2010, he was “forcefully removed” from a hotel suite after causing several thousands of dollars in property damage. We could stay on Sheen for quite some time, but this list isn’t going to write itself!
