The fifth greatest NBA shooting guard of all time spent all of his $154 million on parties, bling and friends. It was truly a feat worth admiration, I mean how can you spend that much money? Apparently, Allen had the answer to that question and it led him to the bottom. He retired last year.
Iverson was making up to $20 million per season while playing for the Denver Nuggets and the Detroit Pistons. His net worth was $155 million, and yet he somehow managed to spend it all. He was fortunate his wife Tawanna was willing to cover him financially when no NBA team wanted him anymore and he started losing tons of cash on his lavish lifestyle. She paid for him and his family members but at one point got fed up and divorced him. Iverson was left with the annual payment of some $800,000 from his lifetime contract with Reebok but that could barely cover up the debts he made over years.
