Most famous for his role in the hit Harry Potter movies, Daniel Radcliffe is very open about his lack of faith. He publicly declared himself an atheist just before the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which made him an enemy of the American far right.
Not only is Radcliffe a declared atheist, but he tends to turn into a militant atheist when he feels that religion is in any way influencing or changing the laws imposed by the government. Besides frankly speaking about his religious views, Daniel Radcliffe has found another way to anger conservatives – he does not mind being considered gay.
People often believe he is homosexual, and the young actor seems to think that being mistaken for a gay man is awesome, which is unacceptable to those opposing the idea of absolute equality.
