Keanu Reeves was born in Lebanon to a single mother and raised in no particular religion. He did, however, attend a Christian school, but it made no influence on his way of thinking.
There were rumors that he was a Buddhist after he worked on a few Buddhist projects, especially the one with Richard Gere who is an acclaimed Buddhist, but he denied those claims – although he admitted to have learned a thing or two from the philosophy.
Keanu seems to believe that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but that it just flows. Some people think that Reeves, because of the above-mentioned statement, believes in the afterlife, although this is nothing more than the law of conservation of energy – energy cannot be created or destroyed, it just changes form and remains constant.
