Since both Glenn Close and Jerry Seinfeld have apartments in the Central Park West building Beresford, we can’t help but wonder if they ever argue about who the ultimate master of their domain is. While we can’t really decide who would win (they are both exceptional in their own way), it still makes for an interesting side thought while looking at their extravagant residences.
Despite the news that Glenn Close wants to sell her apartment, there have been rumors that she might decide to stay at the Beresford after all. Her two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home at the posh co-op was nowhere to be seen on Corcoran’s website just four months after she put it on the market for a measly $11,8 million. It said the apartment was “no longer available,” which might mean that Close changed her mind. Who knows?
