We’re finding that a lot of celebrities are just so fanatically clean that they seem to develop allergies. Cyndi isn’t any different and is actually allergic to dust. Just stay outside, there’s not much dust there.
A few years back there was some mention of Lauper’s dust allergy on the TV show Celebrity Apprentice. In case you forgot, Lauper appeared in the ninth season of the show, coming in sixth and donating her proceedings to her own True Colors Fund.
And if dust allergy wasn’t enough, Lauper had a rather severe and scary-looking allergic reaction on her face in 2011. The singer was spotted and photographed at LAX with a painful looking red rash on her face, which was speculated to have been caused by a chemical peeling or a botched plastic surgery procedure. Her reps quickly denied the rumors saying it was an allergic reaction to the spa treatment she had earlier that day.
