One of America’s favorite funny-women, Tina is another sufferer of the everyday pet. This time it is dogs that cause her to sneeze like a menace. Strangely enough she actually has a pet dog because her kids love animals.
The celebrated actress, writer, producer and director said on several occasions she was allergic not just to dogs, but to all sorts of hairy pets too. We assume it basically means cats, but who knows, maybe she also meant bunnies, ferrets, flying squirrels and those nasty hairy spiders some folks keep in terrariums.
Fey is also allergic to at least one kind of food, so far undisclosed, since she herself isn’t sure what it is that triggered an allergic reaction during her post-pregnancy cleanse. She said she tried the cleanse once and never again. Something in a vegan meal called “carrot cheese balls,” which did not contain any actual cheese, triggered a reaction that caused her lips to swell and Tina to abandon the cleanse immediately.
