Even though the 67-year-old actor has worked in Hollywood for quite some time now and starred in acclaimed films such as “Once Upon a Time in America” and “Salvador,” he’s recently become more famous for constantly tweeting his anti-Obama opinion to his 190,000 followers.
He called him a “threat to the integrity and future of the Republic” and “a true abomination,” which really says a lot about his political views. In 2006, Woods’ name was in a Los Angeles Times ad that condemned Hamas and Hezbollah and supported Israel in the Lebanon War. He became well known for his conservative views and endorsed Carly Fiorina for the Republican nomination for the 2016 presidential election.
He also mentioned that he “doesn’t expect to work again,” referring to his acting career. Whether or not he’s joking remains to be seen.
