The multi-talented actress, singer and dancer, J-Lo is definitely one of the biggest stars right now. She is famous for her songs “Waiting for Tonight,” “Let’s Get Loud,” “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” “On The Floor” and many others, as well as movies like “The Maid in Manhattan” and “Selena.” She is today incredibly wealthy and successful, but those who are into J-Lo know very well that she came a long way from Jenny from the Block and that life was not always kind to her.
When she was 18 years old, Jennifer decided the only thing she wanted to do in life is to be a dancer. Her mother disapproved and insisted she went to college. They didn’t manage to find a common ground on this and Jennifer moved out. Broke and unemployed, she slept on the sofa in her dance studio. Fortunately, her big break came soon enough with “In Living Color” and the rest is history.
