5. Tina Majorino

Tina was so popular in the 90′s that she had to turn work down. Well her parents did; she was still a minor. She starred in Waterworld, Corrina, Corrina, and Camp Wilder. Nothing’s changed, she’s now an award-winning actress and has starred alongside Oprah Winfrey and plenty of other A-listers.

Majorino was born February 7, 1985 in Westlake, California. As an American film and television actress, she began her career as a child actor. She began her acting career in a 1992 sitcom called Camp Wilder. She appeared in films such as Andre, When a Man Loves a Woman, Corrina, Corrina, and Waterworld. In 1994, Majorino first starred opposite Meg Ryan and Andy Garcia in When a Man Loves a Woman. In the famous Kevin Costner movie, Majorino played the role of Enola, along-side of Costner, Jeanne Tripplehorn and Dennis Hopper. She was playing a young girl who had the map to dry land on her back.

Even though she was very successful, she took a break from acting from 1999 to 2004. She returned for one of her best-known roles so far, the character Deb in the 2004 film Napoleon Dynamite. She has also been in television series such as Veronica Mars, Big Love and True Blood. She most recently had a recurring role in the TV series Grey’s Anatomy and reprised the role of Mac in the Veronica Mars movie.

The young actress started singing before she could talk. Wow, just wow. Has been a trained Opera Singer since the age of 7 and she is still studying the classical discipline.

Also, she was a Celebrity Judge for UCLA Spring Sing 2005.

Majorino was not only cute, but smart, sine she graduated high school at 15 years old.
