The pop star and Voice judge went from barely there to bra busting in the breast department. Pregnancy and weight gain likely played a role, but many people believe Aguilera also had some help from a surgeon. In fact, one particular photo made it very clear that the star and the Voice judge had gone under the knife.
A photo taken in 2010 in Tokyo during the promotion of Aguilera’s movie Burlesque showed a big, gnarly scar under her armpit. Health care professionals, especially plastic surgeons, realized instantly what it was – a scar from a procedure called transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation surgery, in which the breast implants are inserted through an incision under the armpits, leaving the breast tissue and skin intact.
If Aguilera intended to keep her boob job a secret, she should have remembered not to raise her arms in public. However, she doesn’t seem particularly concerned with concealing the procedure.
