If you compare pictures of Cox from, say, 2007 or 2008 to those taken while she was shooting Cougar Town, you’ll see quite a significant change in her bust, especially in the pics taken while the crew was shooting a two-episode Hawaii arc, in which Courteney sports a lovely little green bikini. Several renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgeons agreed that her breasts, although pretty much perfect, are probably not real.
The tell-tale sign in the case of Courteney Cox is the unnatural roundness of the upper part of the breasts. Of course, this can be achieved with a good push-up bra and some padding but not with the bikini she is wearing in the pics.
